Digital transformation technology and its impact on improving the bank’s strategic performance
(Analytical research of the views of a sample of managers working in the private commercial banking sector in Karbala)

This research seeks to study the impact of digital transformation technology in improving the strategic performance of the bank. This effect is evident by changing and developing the structures and processes, managing the institutions, improving the performance of banking services to customers and the ability to improve productivity and reduce costs in order to raise and support strategic performance by providing high level. In order to achieve this objective, the required information for the field was obtained by questionnaire which was distributed to a sample of (60) individuals who represent department managers and divisions in six especial banks in Karbala, and the data obtained were subjected to a number of statistical analyzes. The most important conclusions reached by the research were the important impact of digital transformation technology in strategic performance. The most important recommendations were the necessity of benefiting from the experiences of international banks in this field.
